Making A Difference

 Our Mission is to be the leading global network of young active citizens and our Vision is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.  Your level of involvement with the Jaycees is completely up to you. Our members are under no obligations to meet a certain quota so you can be as much or as little involved as fits your schedule or preference.

Here is some information that you will find useful throughout your experience with the Highland Jaycees.  Please also check out our New Member Folder for even more great info on being a Jaycee and how it can benefit you.

Our meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM at The Highland Masonic Lodge, located at 721 9th St, Highland, IL.  Meetings are open to everyone so come out and see what the Jaycees are all about!  Have an idea but can't make a meeting?  Submit it to Idea Box!

As a Highland Jaycee, you are a member of the Highland Chamber of Commerce as well.  You are more than welcome to attend meetings and Business After Hour events. In fact, we encourage it!  Follow us at Highland Jaycees FB page for the latest upcoming events!

The Highland Jaycees are part of a much larger organization. Our chapters are divided by region, state, national, and international.  The Highland Jaycees are a part of the Region V Jaycees, Illinois Jaycees, JCI USA, and JCI International.  We have events at our region, state, national, and international levels as well.  Your annual dues of $45 includes membership in each of these organizations and also includes business training and personal development opportunities as well as membership discounts.
